remember our interconnectedness; to each other, nature and the divine
Please join us for this sacred circle of connection and stillness
We will be exploring the theme of growth
Reflecting on how far we’ve come, and the growth we’ve experienced to get us to where we are today
Connecting to past versions of ourselves, and the knowing that we have made it through our hardest moments
And looking ahead to the growth we are capable of
We will explore and experience:
Gentle guided meditation
Ceremonial cacao
Reflective journaling
Sharing to whatever depth you feel comfortable with
